We want you to enjoy your handmade cookies at their best so here are our tips for freshness and flavour.

Cookie Care

Eat Me

Cookies stay their freshest for up to 2 weeks in their heat sealed wrappers.

They are perfectly safe to eat for up to 4 weeks but may start to dry out.

Once the individual wrapper is open consume within 48 hours or if you have a set packed together, simply place the remaining cookies in an airtight container.

Store Me

Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

DO NOT keep them in the fridge as this may dry them out and/or cause the icing to sweat and colours to run.

Freeze Me

Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months and will keep their delicious texture and soft bite.

Freeze them in an airtight container and leave the container out to defrost for at least 3 hours before opening the lid.

If necessary any leftover cookies can be re-frozen within the 3 month period.
